Shoshana novik

I completed my undergraduate degree in mathematical or computational biology at Harvey Mudd College in 2023, and was subsequently an NIH postbac. I’m now a neuroscience PhD student in the Z-lab.

I'm interested in how neural circuits are able to store and organize countless experiences and pieces of information into memory, and how these circuits and the patterns of activity they produce are altered during neurological disorders that involve memory impairment. I hope to combine analysis of human intracranial recordings with theoretical modeling to address questions in this field.
